Your access to and use of our tutoring services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our services.
By accessing or using our services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Purchases:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available by dentaltutor4me™, you may be asked to provide information relative to your purchase. We have SSL and are secure.
Subscriptions:
Some of our services are billed on a recurring basis. This is known as a membership.
Content:
Dentaltutor4me™ allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos or other free content.
Links to other websites:
Dentaltutor4me™ may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by dentaltutor4me™. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that dentaltutor4me™ shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on, any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at lease 10 days notice prior to any terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our electronic products and the fact that it cannot be “returned”, we have a “no refund” policy. You cannot order and then ask for a refund straight away. Within minutes of ordering, you will be able to download years worth of our effort and knowledge. None of the content is ‘drip fed’ – you get all of it right away. There is no undoing that fact once you access the members area. There are no partial month refunds, partial refunds on annual payments, or refunds of any kind on any other products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be able to cancel any future payments as long as you submit the Cancellation form at least 48 hours prior to the payment processing date. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed in time if it occurs within 48 hours of 12:00am EST on the billing date. The billing process is automated, but the cancellation process must be handled manually.
There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR annual payments. Cancellations will be effective immediately once the cancellation request has processed. You will be unable to log in to the Dentaltutor4me™ Community at that time. If you did not submit your cancellation request in time and the current month’s payment has already processed, we will not issue a refund for the current month or reinstate your membership until the next billing cycle.
We highly recommend that you ask questions before purchasing to make sure the community is right for you BEFORE purchasing.
